Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipments within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Please email support@lmlplanner.com if you need to cancel or change your selections. We will work together on a solution. To avoid any delay, please double-check your order before completing the checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

My planner arrived damaged. What should I do?
